The Johnson County Trail Foundation was founded as a 501c nonprofit in Dec 2007 with the goal of expanding and enhancing trail and recreational resources in Johnson County. We achieve these goals through fundraising, public awareness campaigns and partnerships with local municipalities, JCCOG, as well as organizations such as the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation.
